Terms & Policies



Ordering & Scheduling

We encourage you to use our conveninent online order form  @ https://sites.fullpagephoto.com/order but orders may also be placed by email or by text message. Please email or text us if you do not see a photo or video product you are looking for. Your preferred appointment times can be requested but there is no appointment until until you hear back from us with a confirmation by text or email.

Property Readiness

Properties must be photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. The photographer will plan on capturing the property exactly as it is presented at appointment start time. If the photographer feels that the property is not photo ready, or if there are people still onsite preparing the home after the appointment time begins, the photographer may choose, at their discretion, to contact the listing agent to give them the option to reschedule the photoshoot or they may shoot the property exactly as it is. If the agent opts to reschedule, we will have to invoice a minimum of $150 (plus any applicable travel fee if outside of Central Austin if there was one added at time of order). Of course, we would much prefer to have to bill for reschedule fees - we want to photograph your "parade-ready" new listing! but we understand sometimes the home is just not ready in time. We only have a predetermined amount of time allotted for your photoshoot and we likely have another shoot we must get to directly after yours. We will only photograph as much of the property as we can within our allotted time for the appointment. Usually, photoshoots are at least 75 minutes but it can take longer if we are adding any other services. Thank you for understanding.

Occupancy

For best results, occupants, tenants, contractors, movers, cleaners, agents, and pets should not be present during photography whenever possible. If it is not possible, please plan on remaining in one room (often the primary bedroom or office works best) and we will photograph that room last. We are TREC licensed (612886-SA) and have ABOR MLS SUPRA access. Photographer access by lockbox is ideal for us.

Our Lighting Approach

Our default approach is to photograph with interior lights off, which we find creates a cleaner, higher-end look in most homes. If you'd prefer lights on, just note that when you place your order. Exceptions: windowless or naturally dark spaces (e.g., interior bathrooms) may be shot with lights on for balance, and homes with standout accent lighting may be shot with those fixtures on. For an even more polished result, we also offer off-camera flash photography as a premium upgrade. This method delivers even crisper detail and more true-to-life color than ambient light alone. When this service is ordered, we shoot with lights off in nearly all cases, as this gives the most consistent and professional outcome. Ask us for details.

Weather

We will not photograph in active rainy conditions. Outdoor photography, drone services, Zillow 3D Home Tours, and twilight photography may be rescheduled due to weather conditions with no fee; however, as long as it is dry out with no active precipitation, we can almost always photograph as we can and will replace any gloomy skies. Overcast days provide wonderfully soft and even lighting. If it is exceptionally cold out, we reserve the right to reschedule your photoshoot at no charge to you.

Payment

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided at booking but for licensed agents this usually means at the time we deliver your media but prior to you downloading of the files. We kindly ask that you not share image files with your clients or vendors. Property owners will be provided with an online link to view the photo gallery. A separate license may be purchased by property owners, vendors, stagers, and contractors by written agreement.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for properties located outside our standard Central Austin service area. If in doubt, please inquire.

Creative Rights

Full Page Photo retains 100% ownership of any captured photo and video and retains the right to use photographs and video for portfolio, marketing, advertising, educational, competition, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please do not share final image files with home owners, stagers, vendors, or any third party without express written permisson from Scott Hamilton dba Full Page Photo.

Limitation of Liability

Full Page Photo's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
