Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by email, or by text message. We prefer our online order system but we want the process to be easy for you.

Property Readiness

Properties should be photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. The photographer has a set number of minutes they can be at the property so that they can arrive at their next appointment on time. Please count on one (1) hour for most appointments but you can check to see how much time has been allocated for a specific appointment. If the property is not 100% reayd at time of photographer's arrival, the photographer may 1) leave and reschedule and a cancellation fee will apply (50% of booked services for that appointment) 2) wait for property readiness in which case a "non-ready" fee of at least $150 minimum will apply. It is up to the photographer and Full Page Photo which option they choose as it may depend on their next appointment start time.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling is allowed within 12 hours of appointment start time without a fee. Beyond that, 50% of the booked product and services amount will be due for the missed appointment. With specific exception: Appointments may be cancelled by Full Page Photo or client due to inclement weather - specifically for rain or snow or ice and this cancellation will not incur a fee.

Occupancy

For best results, occupants, tenants, contractors, movers, cleaners, agents, and pets should not be present during photography whenever possible. If owner or agent needs to be onsite to superivse or move furnishings or misc items, etc. "room-to-room" this will add a $200+ fee depending on property size and time overage from allotted appointment time. A minimum $200 wil be applied to invoice.

Weather

Outdoor or indoor photography, drone services, and twilight photography may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

Payment

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided at booking but always propr to media download.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for properties located outside the standard service area.

Creative Rights

Full Page Photo retains the right to use photographs and video for portfolio, marketing, advertising, educational, competition, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full Page Photo's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a specific photography assignment shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that assignment.

This limitation applies to claims arising from the services provided, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
