Standard Image Licensing Policy

All photographs, video, drone imagery, floor plans, virtual tours, and related media created by Full Page Photo remain the copyrighted property of Full Page Photo.

Upon payment in full, the purchasing client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable Single Use Marketing License for the specific property photographed.

Purchaser agrees they will not share the image files with property owner or vendors. We provide online viewing options for home owners.

Permitted Uses

The licensed client may use the media for marketing and promotion of the photographed property, including:

• MLS and IDX websites

• Brokerage websites

• Social media marketing

• Print marketing materials

• Property flyers and brochures

• Email campaigns

• Online advertising

• Single-property websites

License Duration

The license remains valid only while the purchasing client is actively marketing the property.

If the property is relisted by a different agent, brokerage, owner, builder, investor, or other party, a new license must be obtained before the media may be used.

Non-Transferability

Licenses may not be transferred, assigned, shared, sold, or distributed to any third party without written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Property owners

• Future listing agents

• Builders

• Stagers

• Designers

• Contractors

• Marketing companies

• Other third parties

Copyright Ownership

Full Page Photo retains full copyright ownership of all media at all times. No ownership rights are transferred to the client.

Relicensing

Reuse of media outside the original licensed purpose may require the purchase of a new license.
