Interior and exterior ground images included.  Most sessions deliver 40+ final images. Smaller properties under 1,200 sq ft, along with mini shoots, reshoots, and exterior-only sessions, will receive a reduced image count as appropriate.

For homes over 1,200 sq ft, a minimum of 35 images is standard, with most listings receiving 40+ images. Interior and exterior ground photos included. Full-sized and MLS optimized file sizes included.

Luxury Lit Add-On

I use strategic on and/or off-camera lighting for my premium high-end photos. These are best for luxury and professionally staged properties though I can shoot vacant homes with this style as well. I will shoot with all property lights-off with some rare exceptions. These are now offered only as an Add-on to my Prime Listing Shots Package.

Includes full-sized and files optimized for the MLS.

Room-to-Room Adjustments | Agent or Homeowner Onsite During Shoot

Does Agent or Designer, or Stager, etc. need to be present for the shoot to direct or move items or clean rooms as we go from room to room, etc? Sometimes I am asked to accommodate onsite direction or to photograph a property from room-to-room, re-stage as we go, shoot with furniture moved from here or there, etc. Sadly, my regular business model does not include this type of workflow. I only have so long to be at a property that is allotted at time of  scheduling. That said, sometimes I am able to accommodate but I need to know upfront as this workflow will lengthen our appointment time. Please be sure to select this Add-on at time of order and let me know in the details seciton of your order what you have in mind so that I know well before the shoot to plan ahead.

This Add-On is $200+ minimum based on size of home and the delay. $200 is based on homes under 3,000 sq ft.
